The Legacy Motown Revue is bringing its high-energy tribute to Motown, one of the most iconic eras in music history! This dynamic group features four talented vocalists backed by a six-piece horn band, all set to transport you back in time with sounds of soul.

For more than 15 years, The Legacy Motown Revue has celebrated an era that shaped music for decades. The band’s performances bring together fans of all ages to enjoy an unforgettable, feel-good time.

Sing along and dance to classic hits by Motown legends like The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Drifters, The Jackson 5 and Earth, Wind & Fire. It’s a musical journey not to be missed!

While primarily categorized as soul/R&B, the Motown Sound shares some interesting underlying connections with Appalachian music:

Twilight Alive is one of the most popular concert series in the region and features eight weeks of free live music in the downtown area, which includes Kingsport’s annual Red, White and BOOM Celebration on Saturday, July 5. Live music, family fun and a variety of on-site food, drink and beer vendors make Twilight Alive one of Kingsport’s favorite summer traditions.
