SUMMARY:Memorial Day Yoga Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Bays Mountain Park and participate in a Yoga Hike! This hike features an approximately 2-mile hike\, through a portion of the Lakeside Trail and back that will take about 70 minutes\, yoga included. The floating bridge and trail bridges are utilized to teach standing yoga poses while challenging your strength\, flexibility and balance through evidence-based science. All levels are welcome as modifications will be offered. \nCost is $8 per person. Plan to meet outside the front of the Nature Center 10-minutes early. \nRegistration is limited\, so please sign up soon.
