Guests can unload water crafts near the upper portion of the dam. The cost is $10.00 per person. \nNote: If the weather is clear to partly cloudy\, the program will commence. Concentric\, eccentric and isometric contractions will be incorporated so students can work to optimize both their strength and balance. Finally\, we conclude with a view of the starry night sky for a restorative ending. \nAll levels are welcome and encouraged as modifications will be offered.
