DESCRIPTION:Join us for a truly immersive yoga class at Bays Mountain! This class takes place inside Bays Mountain’s one of a kind planetarium theater. In this scenic yoga program\, the planetarium will feature a Sun and Moon that simulates a day’s journey\, along with newly added views of nature as we move through a series of yoga poses. These views include peaceful landscapes and breathtaking mountains that surround you with nature inside the planetarium dome. Concentric\, eccentric and isometric contractions will be incorporated so students can work to optimize both their strength and balance. Finally\, we conclude with a view of the starry night sky for a restorative ending. \nAll levels are welcome and encouraged as modifications will be offered. All participants must be 16 years of age or older. Class size is limited\, so please sign up soon. Please also wear exercise clothing and bring water with a sealable lid (drinks that can spill are not allowed).
